How can I advertise on KirkMahoney.com?

Please use the contact form to request information about advertising on this site.

Does Kirk accept speaking engagements?

No, not now. Kirk’s current schedule prevents this.

Does Kirk offer private coaching?

No, not now.

How long has KirkMahoney.com been online?

Since October 17, 2007.

May I link to KirkMahoney.com from my site?

Absolutely! Kirk always appreciates links. The preferred form is Better Communication for Smart People or Kirk Mahoney’s Better Communication for Smart People.

Will you exchange links with me?

No. This site does not exchange links, and it does not have a blogroll. Given the focus of this site and its growing volume, requests for link exchanges divert needed attention from the higher purpose for this site.

May I republish KirkMahoney.com content on my own site, etc.?

For online republishing, the answer is no. You may always link to a KirkMahoney.com article on your own site. Beyond this, copyright law surrounding “fair use” limits you to quoting only very briefly (a paragraph or two) from one of Kirk Mahoney’s articles while still providing a link to the article. Even if you credit the author, republishing in any other way is forbidden.

For offline-republishing requests, please use the contact form to submit your request. Please indicate (a) what you want to republish, (b) where you want to want to publish it, and (c) how you want to publish it (newsletter, etc.). Although Kirk prefers to satisfy reasonable requests, please do not republish without his specific permission.

All content on this site is copyrighted. Don’t steal. Google AdSense, for example, has the right to seize funds in accounts tied to websites that post others’ copyrighted material. If you have your own site, stay legal — and avoid financial problems — by creating your own content. Everyone has a different perspective on any given topic, so it will be much more interesting for your visitors when you create your own content, anyway. 😉

How can I make a special request of Kirk?

Please submit it via the contact form, but note that Kirk must be very selective with his responses to special requests. Kirk eventually will publish an article with criteria for you to decide whether to submit a special request. For now, though, please use your own intuition to decide, but don’t be offended if Kirk decides to reject your request.
